Hudson Ferry Capital Exits Investment in ALCOM
RYE BROOK, NY, December 14, 2020 - Hudson Ferry Capital has successfully exited its investment in ALCOM LLC (“ALCOM” or the “Company”), a premier manufacturer of branded, highly-featured, semi-custom aluminum trailers. Headquartered in Winslow, Maine, ALCOM manufactures seven recognized brands of aluminum trailers (SnoPro, E-Z Hauler, Mission, High Country, Polaris, CargoPro, and Frontier) for a variety of recreational and commercial uses. ALCOM builds-to-order and strictly wholesales, protecting its investment in its extensive dealer network (600+ Dealers) which spans North America from Alaska to Newfoundland and coast to coast in the continental United States.
Hudson Ferry Capital, alongside management, acquired ALCOM in June 2012. We deployed an aggressive growth strategy for ALCOM which was principally focused on geographic expansion as well as the continued introduction of new products to sell to ALCOM’s extensive and growing dealer network. We opened additional manufacturing facilities for ALCOM in Montana and South Dakota in 2013 and 2014, respectively, to meet growing demand for ALCOM’s expanding product line.
