Hudson Ferry Capital Invests in American Signcrafters

New York - April 13, 2012 – Hudson Ferry Capital is pleased to announce that it has made an investment in American Signcrafters (ASC). ASC (www.americansigncrafters.com), with headquarters in Islip, New York, and additional manufacturing facilities in New Jersey and Florida, provides full design, manufacturing, project management and installation services to clients in a broad range of retail segments throughout the U.S. ASC was founded by its CEO, Jeffrey Petersen, in 1979 and has grown to become a premiere signage company specializing in national bank conversions and re-branding restaurants, retail stores and other global businesses.

“We were seeking a financial partner to provide capital and expertise to assist us with our growth plans. We chose to partner with HFC due to their extensive experience working with entrepreneurial companies,” said Mr. Petersen, CEO.

“We are proud to have been selected by this accomplished management team as a partner to build upon ASC’s impeccable reputation for service, innovation and quality. We see substantial opportunities to broaden ASC’s geographic coverage and to expand into adjacent market segments,” said HFC Partner Timothy Ross.
