Hudson Ferry Capital invests in Ground/Water Treatment & Technology, LLC

NEW YORK, NY, December 31, 2013 -- Hudson Ferry Capital is pleased to announce that it made an investment in Ground/Water Treatment & Technology, LLC ("GWTT") on December 31, 2013. Based in Wharton, New Jersey, GWTT (www.gwttinc.com) designs, manufactures, installs and operates water treatment, air treatment and soil vapor extraction systems throughout the United States. GWTT was founded in 1996 as a subsidiary of Moretrench American Corporation by its current CEO and President, Robert Kunzel. In addition to its New Jersey headquarters, GWTT has locations in Delaware, Massachusetts, Florida and Pennsylvania.

"We are excited to partner with this dedicated management team to build upon GWTT's impeccable reputation for safety, service, performance and innovation. We see substantial opportunities to broaden GWTT's service offering into adjacent market segments," said HFC Partner Timothy Ross.

"We were seeking a financial partner to support GWTT in its transition from being a subsidiary of Moretrench into a fully independent company. The partners at Hudson Ferry Capital have a long track record of working with entrepreneurial companies and assisting them to achieve their goals," said Robert Kunzel, President and Chief Executive Officer of GWTT.
