Hudson Ferry Capital invests in Tri-W Global, Inc.

NEW YORK, NY, June 23, 2014 – Hudson Ferry Capital is pleased to announce that it made an investment in Tri-W Global, Inc. ("Tri-W"). Based in Longview, Texas, Tri-W (www.tri-w.com) is a machining, fabrication, and manufacturing company that specializes in the production of well testing and other equipment used in the oil and natural gas industries. Tri-W was founded in 2005 by Weldon W.H. Wilson to address the growing need in the well-testing and completion sectors for specialized equipment. The company has both ASME and National Board Certifications.

"When we decided we wanted a capital partner to help grow Tri-W, we chose Hudson Ferry because of their industry expertise and proven ability to mentor entrepreneurs," said Weldon Wilson, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Tri-W.

"Tri-W has an impeccable reputation for customer service and quality. We look forward to working with management and investing in this business so that it can effectively utilize the resources it already has to help more customers," said HFC Partner Bruce Robertson.
